I have been a Russo customer since they had a hardware store in Chicago and specialized in lawn equipment . I have to travel a distance to shop with them but, they are worth the trip. They have many stores now. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I haven't found a better Power Equipment Co. in 40 yrs. I know other Landscapers that feel the same way. I also shopped their auctions and bought some good equipment

They excelled in all areas. Any question you may have had they did their best to answer those questions just for clarity reasons. I would like to point out James and give him big recognition because he was the sales guy I had throughout the whole process. He worked with me all the way. Especially with me being on a tight budget to get everything i needed he went out of his way to try and get me a cheaper price for what i was going with. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better equipment sales company. I mean i drove about 3-4 hours both ways there and back because i wouldn’t go anywhere local to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR NOT ONLY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT LOTS OF OTHER REASONS AS WELL
