I bought a large Toro snow thrower 4 years ago, pre-Russo. A weird thing happened - one of the tires had deflated in the cold and came off the rim! Russo said we can remount it. 7 min later it was done. I asked, "what do I owe you?" A: "Nothing, you're good". WOW! Old time customer satisfaction. Little acts like that build customer loyalty. Took our mower there to have a mag clutch serviced. We were told it would be a week and a half and it was done slightly shorter than that. Took it home and it would not start at all (not what we had worked on). Called Russo's and they had a couple of guys stay and take a look to try and troubleshoot what could have happened. They went above and beyond and that says a lot in my opinion.

If you're looking for a new kioti tractors their prices are very "competitive".
