Return Policy

Russo Power Equipment would like to first thank you for doing business with us!

We will not accept a return without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please email us at to obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions. We will give you credit in the same manner in which you first paid within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Products purchased online, by phone, or by catalog may be returned at a Russo store. To expedite your return at the store, be sure to bring your packing slip, order number, OR valid return merchandise number (obtained through our customer service department) with you along with your product for return. Find a Russo store near you.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Products must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a 15% restocking fee for products that do not meet these conditions.
  • Factory-shipped products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Factory-shipped products require approval from the manufacturer and are not returned directly to Russo.

Return Exceptions:

  • Gas and diesel-powered products cannot be returned to Russo once they have been gassed or oiled. If they have been gassed or oiled, they need to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.

Canceling Orders 

  • Once orders have shipped, they have no way of being canceled.

If Your Products Arrived Damaged

  • Before contacting Russo, please call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. Russo cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.

Defective Product

  • All packages must be inspected within 30 days of receipt. If you find the product is defective, email us immediately.
