I have ordered this part twice the first time everything was great, unfortunately the second time I was sent the wrong part. Initially I was not able to reach anyone with Russo however it was late on a Friday afternoon. I was really frustrated due to needing this part to get the machine back on the job. I was contacted first thing on Monday morning and Russo began taking the steps to correct the mistake and make it right.
